• How to cancel a product/ services?
  Booking can be cancelled via the Sanswai website/app before the payment has been rendered. If you have done the payment and not received the product or services, please reach out to us at helpdesk@sanswai.com and we would be happy to help. A booking cannot be cancelled after the payment has been rendered and product or services has been received.

• What will be the duration to process/ complete my cancellation/ refund request?
  It usually takes 30 days to process the cancellation request and confirm refund, if refund is applicable. Refund is only applicable if because of a system failure, payment has gone thorough and product or services has not been delivered from our side.
